Heal Anxiety 
Anxiety holds a special place in my heart because it’s something I’ve personally lived with. For most of my adult life, I experienced daily anxiety—it was a constant companion that shaped my days in the invisible. Over the years, I’ve come to understand anxiety on a deeper level, not just as something to endure but as something to transform. 
 
In this audio, I’ve created a space for you to begin releasing anxiety, layer by layer.  This is an opportunity to connect with the deeper energies behind anxiety and gently begin to dissolve this.
